1. 服务内容
Sample-Balance（样本配平）是安装在你电脑上的软件，用来根据你设定的配额和 KPI 目标，从候选样本中选出入库名单。账号登录、余额和付费凭证由我们的云端服务处理。
2. 账号
用邮箱验证码登录。一个账号同一时间可用于一台电脑；换电脑时可在新电脑登录并确认。请勿共享账号，也不要用一次性邮箱或多个邮箱写法重复领取免费导出。
3. 价格与付款
每个候选样本 0.01 美元，在导出时按该期导入的候选样本总数从账号余额扣除。每个邮箱和每台电脑可免费导出一次。余额通过充值获得，单次最低 10 美元，不设有效期。已为某一期付过费的，之后重复导出该期不再收费。价格以美元计，结账时可能加收按买家所在地计算的税费。
我们的订单由在线经销商 Paddle.com 处理。Paddle.com 是我们所有订单的 Merchant of Record（登记商户），负责收款、税务和退款事宜。

5. 你的数据
你的样本数据保存在你自己的电脑上，不上传到我们的服务器。你应确保你有权使用并处理这些数据，并遵守适用的数据保护法规。
6. 计算结果
软件给出的入库名单是按你设定的规则算出的建议。请在交付前自行核对。我们不对你基于结果做出的业务决定负责。
7. 可接受的使用
不得绕过计费或授权，不得对服务发起大量自动请求，不得逆向工程云端服务以获取他人数据。违反时我们可以暂停账号。
8. 免责与责任限制
软件和服务按“现状”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对间接损失、利润损失不承担责任，对任何索赔的赔偿总额不超过你在索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额。
9. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款，重大变更会在网站上公布。继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。

1. The service
Sample-Balance is software you install on your computer. It selects which candidate survey respondents to keep, based on the quotas and KPI targets you set. Sign-in, balance and payment receipts are handled by our cloud service.
2. Accounts
You sign in with an email one-time code. One account can be used on one computer at a time; you can move it to another computer by signing in there and confirming. Do not share accounts, and do not use disposable emails or alternate spellings of one address to claim the free export more than once.
3. Pricing and payment
Each candidate sample costs US$0.01, deducted from your account balance when you export, based on the total number of candidate samples imported for that period. Each email address and each computer gets one free export. Balance is added by top-up (minimum US$10, no expiry). Once a period has been paid for, repeat exports of that same period are not charged again. Prices are in US dollars; taxes based on your location may be added at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Your data
Your sample data stays on your computer and is not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for having the right to use and process that data and for complying with applicable data protection laws.
6. Results
The selection the software produces is a recommendation based on the rules you set. Please review it before delivering it. We are not responsible for business decisions you make based on it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not bypass billing or licensing, send large volumes of automated requests, or reverse engineer the cloud service to access others' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Disclaimer and limits of liability
The software and service are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will post material changes on this site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
