可以退的
充值后 14 天内，这笔充值还没有被使用过（没有被导出扣费），可以申请全额退款。
不退的
已经在导出时扣掉的费用不退，因为导出时你已经拿到了结果文件。第一次免费导出不涉及付款。
怎么申请
发邮件到 hello@sample-balance.com，写上登录邮箱和充值时间。符合条件的，我们会通过 Paddle 原路退回，通常几个工作日内到账。退款后，对应的余额会从账号中扣回。
我们的订单由 Paddle.com 作为 Merchant of Record 处理，你也可以通过 Paddle 的订单邮件联系 Paddle 申请退款。

What can be refunded
Within 14 days of a top-up, if that top-up has not been used (no export has been charged against it), you can request a full refund.
What cannot
Charges already deducted at export are not refunded, because you received the result file at that point. The first free export involves no payment.
How to request
Email hello@sample-balance.com with your sign-in email and the time of the top-up. If you qualify, we refund to the original payment method through Paddle, usually within a few business days. The corresponding balance is then removed from your account.
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record; you can also contact Paddle through your order receipt email to request a refund.
